Configuring the Aastra CNX

Conference configuration

Use the following procedure to configure the conference specifications for your

Aastra CNX.

Step Action

1 While logged into the Aastra CNX, click the Configure CNX tab.

2 Double-click the Conference object to expand the conference folder.

Conference/General

3 Under the Conference object, click “General”.

Result: The general conference attributes display.

4 Configure the attributes as required.

Attribute Default Valid Values/Description

Pin Length 5 Range: 3 to 8

Description: Number of digits in the passcode used for the

conference.

Leeway 5 Range: 5 to 10

Description: Period of time, in minutes, when callers can

access a conference before it starts.

Warning Time 5 MINUTES Range:5 MINUTES

OFF

Description: Determines whether or not a warning

message is played five minutes before the conference

ends.
